Wooden Tahkli Bowl

Using a tahkli bowl while you spin gives a smooth surface for the tip of your spindle to rest on and thus enables it to spin longer and faster than if you just rest it on your knee.
We offer two different styles of tahkli bowls. This style has a slightly deeper bowl. They are all hand-turned and crafted here in the U.S. and made especially for us by one of our Homestead Craftsmen.
Each tahkli bowl is unique and slight variations may occur.
