Description

Our roving has been raised and sheared by the French family in northern Idaho. Their mixed flock of sheep are raised with the help of their border collie, Tip. They thrive on native pasture and Timothy hay without herbicides. They drink pure mountain lake water and have access to free choice minerals. Their woolly coats keep them warm all winter. In the spring they are sheared to allow the Idaho sunshine to soak in.
The wool is washed with organic soap, and then carded and spun at a small solar-powered mill.

Extremely easy to spin!
